A highly interactive and practical day allowing delegates to experience a number of Agile techniques and practices. Feedback and reflection together with experiences from others with a range of implementation know-how should make this a useful day for anyone contemplating or at the early stages of Agile adoption.
Whilst no prior knowledge or experience is assumed, it is required that delegates are prepared to get involved, take part in practical exercise and contribute to feedback sessions.
